The iranian plastic artist Parastou Forouhar, based in Frankfurt, presents an in-situ installation, an on the floor calligraphy of persian dreamlike texts, invoking the holes of  sripture, the power of visual poetry and the free and vertiginous circulation of the letters.

Sirian-Turkish dancer Ziya Azazi develops hos work  through the contemporary adoption of sufi choreographies starting from a free interpretation of the Derviche tradition.

In the classical islamic calligraphy scripture is gestual, oriented towards the body and even choreographic. This proposal investigates the original relation between the body and the scripture in a beautiful show.
